We are seeking a talented Account Manager to join our client's elite crew. They are a

nationally respected creative and branding agency specializing in direct-to-consumer

marketing. They lead with big ideas—driven by intelligent strategy and insights—

As an Account Manager, you will be part of and support a tight-knit

team of strategists, project managers, research/data analysts, copywriters, and

designers. In this position, you'll be at the forefront of their client partnerships, driving

Responsibilities:

  • Client Whisperer: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with their clients, anticipating their needs and delivering solutions.

  • Project Management: Play a pivotal role in serving clients’ needs by overseeing project execution, ensuring timelines are met, and facilitating seamless and effective communication within the agency.
  • Timelines: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring all tasks are identified and deadlines are met.
  • Strategy: Bring your strategic thinking to the table, providing clients with insights and recommendations that meet their goals and grow their businesses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in account management with an advertising or marketing agency
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships.
  • Prefer experience in direct response, both digital (website, email, mobile, SEO and social) and print (direct mail, catalog and space ad)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking coupled with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to travel around the country to client meetings and events
  • Energetic, friendly and resourceful personality with a positive attitude and passion for learning
