The Account Manager position is the perfect blend of all these opportunities. In this role you will own and grow strategic customer relationships across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, vaccine, personal care, and health and beauty manufacturing. You will combine consultative selling, technical expertise, and account execution to deliver full program cleaning, sanitization, disinfection, and contamination control solutions that help customers improve product quality, safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do:

Driving Strategic Account Growth & New Business Expansion

  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans centered around program selling for new and existing customers.
  • Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline, and use CRM tools to document customer activity, opportunity progress, product forecasting, and account plans.
  • Achieve established objectives for revenue growth, customer retention, pipeline creation, new business gains and total value delivered.
  • Leverage internal and external networks, industry events, and trade associations to strengthen customer relationships and market knowledge.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling, value-based recommendations for total plant programs.
  • Travel throughout the assigned geography to support customer needs, account growth, and implementation activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with site-level stakeholders, technical leaders, procurement partners, and decision makers.

 

Delivering Customer Value & Technical Support

  • Evaluate customer operations, business priorities, and regulatory requirements to identify improvements related to quality, safety, cost, sustainability, and efficiency.
  • Lead discovery conversations and site assessments, translating technical and operational needs into practical, value driven solutions.
  • Coordinate implementation plans with customer stakeholders and internal partners, defining priorities, owners, milestones, and measures of success.
  • Communicate program progress, business impact, and next-step recommendations through clear presentations, business reviews, and written updates.
  • Provide expertise in cleanroom applications, contamination control, cleaning and sanitization, risk mitigation, and GMP-related manufacturing environments.
  • Apply working knowledge of CIP and COP systems, cleaning process optimization, troubleshooting, and site-specific manufacturing requirements.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in engineering, chemistry, biology or related
  • 2 years’ experience working in Pharmaceutical or Personal Care manufacturing, or Brewing/Fermentation
  • Clean In Place / Clean Out of Place (CIP / COP) operational experience
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position


Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years’ experience selling into the Pharmaceutical or Personal Care manufacturing
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including C-level executives.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Experience working in or selling into regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The total Compensation range for this position is $118,600-$177,800 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
