About the Role:

The Account Manager will establish and build positive client relationships and identify value-added business opportunities/solutions for the client. Responsibilities include delivering best in class service, building key stakeholder relationships, and implementing strategy to successfully secure further growth. Responsibilities also include sourcing and development of print/promotional products domestically and internationally, meeting, and exceeding revenue and contribution targets set in the monthly and yearly forecast along with achieving our client contract commitments. The ideal candidate is extremely organized and works well multitasking and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. This individual has an eye for detail, the ability to develop close working relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage total end-to-end POS requirements, from initial brief through to quotes, proof approvals, quality standards to successful delivery of all items.
  • Maintain day-to-day project planner working with internal and external stakeholders ensuring all sign offs and deadlines are met in accordance with critical timelines.
  • Liaise daily with internal creative partners, and local and global suppliers, ensuring each product is developed to the brief.
  • Prioritize customer service and effective client relationships. Identify and resolve all issues relating to customers within agreed SLA’s.
  • Ensure the team produces accurate customer quotations and quality samples and artwork for proposals. Diligently follow-up on all quotations distributed to generate orders.
  • Drive client sales, ensuring that profit budgets are exceeded and that all costs related to your team orders are strictly controlled.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations, and present to key clients and stakeholders.
  • Participate in proactive innovation to develop and maintain business relationships, improve product knowledge, and identify opportunities to increase sales.
  • Develop market business plans by researching the customers and trends.
  • Analyze management information, financial and sales reports to ensure achievement of objectives and budget.
  • Submit all requested reports including but not limited to customer weekly reports, forecasts, profit Improvement plans and MI to the VP Client Operations in a timely fashion.
  • Independently collaborate with internal teams to support on logistics, operational and financial goals
  • Demonstrate creativity and share new ideas with peers.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of experience working for a print/promotional product, or procurement outsource agency, servicing CPG/retail client brand teams.
  • Experience working with both domestic and international supply bases.
  • Proven success growing and maintaining business and driving top-line revenue growth and margin enhancement.  
  • Extensive experience engaging and influencing cross functionally, particularly across multiple client marketing / brand teams and internal supply chain teams.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project management skills. Problem-solver with the ability to identify and clearly present solutions, team player that leads by example.
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
