This role serves as the single point of accountability for customer satisfaction, retention risk, and value realization (growth), partnering closely with Service Delivery to ensure performance outcomes are communicated clearly and aligned to customer expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned provider accountsOwn customer satisfaction, retention risk identification, and issue communicationTranslate operational performance into clear, customer‑facing narrativesLead account planning focused on value realization and renewal readinessCollect, document, and triage Voice of Customer (VOC) feedbackManage customer‑facing escalations and coordinate internal responseDrive adoption of Datavant workflows, digital tools, and standard offeringsMaintain accurate account documentation, health indicators, and risk flagsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, HIM, or related field (or equivalent experience)3–5 years experience in account management, customer success, or healthcare servicesStrong communication and relationship management skillsAbility to interpret performance data and explain outcomes to customersFamiliarity with HIPAA‑regulated environments preferredComfort operating in a fast‑paced, matrixed organizationAbility to travel up to 75% of the time for client meetings (coverage area to be determined later)BenefitsThe estimated base salary range (not including variable pay) for this role is: $72,000—$84,000 USD.
