Job Overview:
The International Partner Marketing Events Specialist (LATAM & Caribbean) is responsible for leading the planning and execution of B2B event marketing initiatives across Mexico, the Caribbean, and South America. This role, positioned within the international marketing team, focuses on driving partner engagement, implementing co-marketing strategies, and organizing targeted in-person events. The role also involves setting up events, processing payments, ordering premiums, and managing overall event logistics. Additionally, the specialist will identify and explore new industry events and opportunities within the travel and entertainment verticals. A history of managing small to mid-sized events is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute B2B event marketing initiatives across Mexico, the Caribbean, and South America.
• Drive partner engagement and implement co-marketing strategies.
• Organize and manage targeted in-person events.
• Handle event logistics, including setup, payment processing, and premium ordering.
• Identify and explore new industry events and opportunities in the travel and entertainment sectors.
• Ensure seamless execution of small to mid-sized events.

• Experience in planning and managing small to mid-sized events.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, process payments, and handle event logistics.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing and co-marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of the travel and entertainment industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Range: $22- $25
