The company reaches more than 150 million listeners each month and delivers audiences tailored brand experiences while putting creators first.How you'll make an impactThe Account Manager is a key contributor on the SiriusXM Media Client Services team that drives and defends revenue by being a trusted client partner noted for flawless campaign design and execution. The role requires strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills and thrives in an ever‑evolving, fast‑paced environment.What you'll doDevelop and cultivate positive business relationships with clients and sales, creative design, sales research, and technical teamsPartner with sales to develop ideas and materials for proposals/avail submissions, including media recommendations, research, competitive data, and advising on technical feasibilityBe a product expert, knowing the right SiriusXM Media products that will meet client marketing needs and drive positive resultsEnsure revenue goals consistently inform all facets of account management; design and execute media plans and campaigns; work directly with clients on pre‑launch creative specifications and submissionsCreate and manage creative and technical production timelines with advertisers/agencies and asset delivery to ensure timely campaign launchesWork with internal traffickers, creative design, and client as needed to troubleshoot any ad creative issues that impact tracking, implementation, or reportingBe the frontline on all booked revenue to monitor campaign delivery and pacing; escalate issues when applicableCollaborate with billing to resolve monthly invoicing queriesProvide necessary campaign deliverables including reporting, screenshots, and ad‑hoc requestsDelegate work as necessary to internal resourcesWhat you'll need1+ year experience in digital/radio/mobile advertising operations or account managementExtremely proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and campaigns in a timely mannerExcellent client service and verbal and written communication skills; results‑driven with strong analytical skillsKnowledge of pre‑ and post‑sale processes and media plan creation; experience with custom display, mobile, audio, and video advertising productsExperience in working within internal order management systems and third‑party systems including ad serversEnjoy working in a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge across the departmentPreferred experience includes knowledge of programmatic transactions, performance campaign management handling conversion data and related ad technologyThorough knowledge of MS‑Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as ChatGPT or GeminiMust have legal right to work in the U.S.CompensationThe base salary for this position is in the range of $60,000 to $82,350, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience.
