Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify opportunities for analytics, insights, data solutions, and consulting services.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure.
• Understand customer business challenges and align analytics solutions to strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with solution consultants, delivery teams, and subject matter experts to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
• Stay informed on pharmaceutical industry trends, commercial analytics, omnichannel engagement, and Medical Affairs priorities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
• Proven experience selling to pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare organizations.
• Experience engaging stakeholders within Medical Affairs, Commercial, or Brand organizations.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
