Description

Global FM is a nationally recognized leader in facilities maintenance and commercial services, now expanding rapidly in the Houston, TX market. This is a unique, ground-floor opportunity for a driven Account Manager - Business Development & B2B Sales professional to play a key role in shaping the Houston territory. The position offers the chance to build long-term client relationships, drive new business, and directly benefit from the growth you help create. Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within the Houston market
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, building owners, and commercial real estate professionals
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and client meetings to assess needs and present tailored solutions
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and recommendations to clients
  • Close service, maintenance, repair, and project opportunities
  • Expand revenue within existing accounts while actively pursuing new relationships
  • Utilize CRM and business development tools to manage pipeline and track progress
  • Collaborate with estimating, operations, and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in commercial property management, facilities management, construction services, commercial real estate, or related fields
  • Proven ability to build and grow client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and pipeline management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Comfortable conducting site visits and meeting clients in person
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and self-direct daily activities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel throughout the Houston area
  • Ability to perform basic property and facility assessments

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus an industry-leading, uncapped commission structure. Earn commission on both existing account growth and new account acquisition, with significant earning potential for high performers. Includes a vehicle allowance.
