We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our San Diego team and take an active role in managing client relationships, supporting campaign delivery, and helping our clients achieve their growth objectives.

\n

\n

Working across a diverse portfolio of clients, you’ll act as an important link between our clients, campaign teams, and customers, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively while identifying opportunities to strengthen performance and relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients

• Serve as a key point of contact throughout campaign delivery
• \n
• Coordinate client campaigns from launch through ongoing execution
• \n
• Communicate campaign objectives, priorities, and brand messaging to internal teams
• \n
• Monitor campaign activity, customer feedback, and performance
• \n
• Provide clients with regular updates and performance insights
• \n
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign results and customer engagement
• \n
• Support customer acquisition and brand growth initiatives
• \n
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent execution

• Assist with onboarding new accounts and launching new campaigns
