Account Manager - Semiconductor Division
- Location: Fully Remote (Anywhere in Canada. US-based must be OR, AZ, TX)
- Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 base salary + uncapped commission
- Expected Bonus: $67,000+ average annual commission earnings (paid monthly & annually)
- Total Expected OTE: $132,000 - $152,000+ (based on performance)

What We Are Looking For
- The 360 Experience: Prior experience managing a full 360-degree recruitment desk (both agency business development/sales and candidate delivery) or a highly transferable corporate B2B sales background.
- Industry Niche Expertise: Direct experience recruiting or selling within the semiconductor ecosystem - specifically targeting OEM's, front-end wafer manufacturing, or backend packaging & testing.
- Market Familiarity: Experience selling into US markets & having existing network connections is considered a major asset.
- An Entrepreneurial Mindset: A results-driven professional with the drive, resilience, and ambition to scale a high-performing portfolio from a remote environment.
