Account Manager / Site Supervisor – Janitorial Services

Location: Avon, OH
Shift: 2nd Shift (5:00 PM – 1:30 AM)
Pay: $20/hr

Hire Sync is seeking a hands-on Account Manager (Site Supervisor) for a janitorial services site located within a manufacturing facility in Avon. This position is ideal for someone who can lead by example—actively participating in cleaning duties while also managing day-to-day site operations and team performance.

This is a working leadership role, not a desk-based position. You will be directly involved in cleaning tasks while ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily janitorial and custodial cleaning tasks alongside the team
• Oversee onsite cleaning operations and ensure consistent quality standards are met
• Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas using a mobile app for tracking and documentation
• Supervise onsite cleaning staff and provide direction as needed
• Manage call-offs and coordinate coverage to ensure all areas and shifts are properly staffed
• Support training, coaching, and onboarding of team members
• Ensure supplies are stocked and equipment is used safely and correctly
• Communicate site needs, issues, and updates with internal leadership and client contacts
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures, company standards, and quality expectations

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or facility cleaning experience preferred
• Leadership or lead experience in a service or industrial environment strongly preferred
• Comfortable working in a hands-on supervisory role
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to use mobile apps or basic digital tools for reporting and tracking
• Strong communication and team coordination skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
