RESPONSIBILITIESWhat You'll Do / Your ImpactClient Partnership & Risk Strategy- Support clients with coverage placement renewals client strategy execution and ongoing service needs
- Serve as the day to day point of contact for an assigned book of business
- Collaborate with internal teams to oversee service delivery and ensure client satisfaction
- Contribute to retention and growth initiatives through proactive client engagement and relationship management
Operational Excellence- Maintain documentation in agency systems ensuring accuracy and integrity of client data
- Oversee preparation of recap reports quarterly reviews pre renewal activities and RFP processes
- Manage the open enrollment process including coordination and execution of enrollment activities
- Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure workflow accuracy and timely completion of tasks
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policy accuracy standards
Strategic Contribution- Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance client programs and improve service delivery
- Partner on new business opportunities and support prospecting and networking efforts
- Lead select client facing activities including open enrollment meetings and planning sessions
- Contribute to managing multiple projects and delivering high quality work products
QUALIFICATIONSWhat You BringRequired- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two to five years of client service or customer facing experience
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred- Experience in employee benefits or insurance related field
- Experience managing a book of business or multiple client accounts
- State Life and Health license or ability to obtain within six months
- Experience supporting renewal lifecycle and enrollment activities
