ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened on February 1, 2025, and we’re currently a growing team of two full-time members. I began my career as a State Farm team member right out of college, spent four years learning the business, and then completed the Aspirant program to become an agent. That path gave me hands-on experience and a strong appreciation for development and growth.
I’m a graduate of Juniata College and a big outdoorsman. When I’m not in the office, you’ll likely find me hunting, fishing, or golfing during the summer months. I enjoy staying active and bringing that same energy into the workplace. I’ve participated in several community events and am looking forward to becoming even more involved as our agency continues to grow.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Isaiah Wagner - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
