ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jacquelyn Jacobson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within the company and advance to the position of Office Sales Manager. The successful candidate will initially focus on generating new business and servicing clients, with the potential to take on leadership responsibilities including overseeing the sales team, managing day-to-day operations, and coordinating with our underwriting department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identify and generate new insurance sales opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and support teams to ensure smooth policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • New York Property & Casualty Insurance License.
  • New York Life, Accident & Health Insurance License (must be able to obtain).
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential or experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
