ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Alison Fourtner - State Farm Agent, you would have the opportunity to become part of a winning team!!!  RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Providing quotes to leads. 
  • Making outbound dials and following up with prospects.
  • Selling insurance and submitting applications.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  •  Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Experience in sales is preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain or currently possess both insurance licenses: Property/Casualty and Life/Health
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
