Responsibilities:- Prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Conduct insurance reviews and identify coverage gaps
- Develop relationships with prospects and customers
- Follow a proven sales process
- Manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Follow up diligently to maximize closing opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly production goals
Qualifications:- Previous sales experience required
- Insurance experience preferred
- Property & Casualty license preferred
- Life & Health license preferred or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- CRM proficiency
- Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
