ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a team member for Chuck Hemmert Insurance and Financial Services, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our State Farm agency. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, staying organized, being part of a fast-paced team environment and can handle multiple tasks at one time.
This is not a high-pressure sales role. Our focus is on excellent customer service, follow-through, and building long-term relationships with our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional service to existing customers via phone, email, and in person
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, coverage explanations, and documentation
- Help manage renewals, follow-ups, and day-to-day account servicing
- Accurately document client interactions and maintain organized records
- Work closely with the team to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Represent the agency with professionalism, empathy, and accountability
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized in a busy office
- Dependable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Comfortable working with systems, processes, and deadlines
- Insurance experience is helpful, but not required — training is provided
