Responsibilities

•  Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers with their insurance needs 
•  Generate and follow up with prospective customers 
•  Build lasting customer relationships 
•  Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions 
•  Meet individual and agency sales goals 
•  Maintain compliance with office and licensing requirements 

Qualifications

•  Fluent in English and Spanish
•  Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
•  Confident and comfortable speaking with customers 
•  Sales or customer service experience preferred 
• Must be willing and able to obtain the required state insurance licenses
