Responsibilities


• Sell insurance products (incoming warm and new leads)
 • Work with an existing client base (2000+ contacts) and new incoming clients
 • Attract new clients
 • Conduct consultations and recommend solutions
 • Perform policy reviews
 • Close deals and meet sales targets
 • Build long-term client relationships


We already have a client base of 2000+ — you can start earning immediately


• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth
 • ️ Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues
 • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads


What You Will Sell


• Auto Insurance
 • Homeowners, Renters, Condo Insurance
 • ️ Life Insurance
 • Health Insurance
 • Business Insurance
 • Commercial (Property & Casualty) Insurance
 • Additional products (motorcycles, boats, etc.)

KEY REQUIREMENTS


• Candidates with a license are preferred. If you do not have a license, you must be willing to obtain one
 • License (preferred): Life and Health Insurance License or Property and Casualty License
 • Average income: $5,000 – $10,000
 • Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (New York time)
 • Work visas are not provided
 • Must be physically located in the USA (any state except Florida)
 • Must have valid work authorization in the U.S.
 • Candidates without current appointments are welcome
 • Sales experience and willingness to actively sell


Experience & Skills


• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred
 • Leadership and interpersonal skills
 • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
 • ️ Willingness to engage in sales conversations


Languages (at least two required):


 • English + Spanish


Geography:


• Must be physically located in the USA



Working Schedule


• Full-time
 • Monday–Friday
 • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (New York time)
 • Fully remote


Compensation


• $50,000 – $100,000 per year
 • Top sales agents earn $10,000+ per month
 • High commission
