Licensing Requirements


• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start (full licensing support provided)
 • Life & Health license must be obtained within 60 days of starting
 • Prior State Farm or insurance industry experience preferred but not required


Role Overview


As an Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted resource for customers while actively contributing to agency growth. You will build strong relationships, conduct policy reviews, and recommend coverage solutions that protect customers and their families. This role blends customer relationship management with a strong focus on sales production and account growth.


Key Responsibilities


Drive new business through proactive outreach and sales conversations


Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers


Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities


Recommend, explain, and sell insurance products to both warm and cold leads


Follow up on leads, referrals, and customer inquiries to close business


Resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive, professional experience


Maintain accurate records and documentation within agency systems


Collaborate with team members to achieve office sales and growth goals
