Drive Sales Production: Consistently meet or exceed monthly production goals across Auto, Fire, Life, and Health through prospecting, referrals, cross-selling, follow-up, and agency-provided opportunities.
Build Customer Relationships: Conduct needs-based conversations, recommend appropriate insurance solutions, and develop relationships that support retention, referrals, and additional opportunities.
Manage Your Sales Pipeline: Maintain consistent prospecting and follow-up activity, accurately track opportunities, and proactively build future business.
Lead & Develop Others: Serve as a resource to Account Associates by assisting with sales conversations, product knowledge, role-play, objection handling, and professional development.
Support Agency Leadership: Take on increased leadership responsibilities, including leading designated meetings or training, supporting onboarding and recruiting efforts, and helping reinforce agency expectations and accountability.
QUALIFICATIONS
Licensing: Active Property & Casualty; Life & Health license preferred. Candidates with strong sales experience who are not currently licensed may also be considered and must successfully complete required licensing.
Proven Sales Ability: Demonstrated ability to build relationships, follow up consistently, overcome objections, and convert opportunities into business.
Self-Sufficient: Able to work independently, take initiative, solve problems, and manage responsibilities without constant supervision.
Professionalism: Maintains a polished, professional appearance and demeanor; demonstrates sound judgment, integrity, and discretion; and communicates appropriately with customers and team members in a professional office environment.
Leadership Potential: Demonstrates accountability, maturity, initiative, and the ability to positively influence and support others.
