Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.

Understand client needs deeply and proactively identify opportunities to offer tailored insurance solutions and consulting advice.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client retention and growth.

Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and present value.

Stay current with industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice.

Track and report on key account metrics and performance indicators.


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role within the insurance industry.

Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client relationships.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of insurance products and services.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
