Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Manager to join a growing team in Tulsa. This position is responsible for managing customer accounts, providing outstanding customer service, maintaining accurate account information, and supporting daily business operations in a fast-paced office environment.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and enjoys building positive relationships with clients while ensuring exceptional service.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous customer service or account management experience required
Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient computer and data entry skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate customer and account records through timely data entry
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments
Support account management activities and daily office operations
Prepare, update, and maintain account documentation as needed
Perform general administrative and clerical duties
Assist the team in meeting departmental goals and workload demands
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all customer interactions
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in account management, customer service, or office administration
Strong Microsoft Office and computer proficiency
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer
Frequent keyboarding, data entry, and telephone communication
Occasional lifting of office materials up to 25 lbs
Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
