About the role:

We're looking for an Account Manager to join our US team. You'll sit between the Account Director and the executives below you - owning the day-to-day running of your accounts, keeping campaigns on track and making sure the team has what they need to deliver. This is a role for someone organized, culturally switched on and genuinely passionate about social media. You'll be hands-on across client communications, creative, production and influencer workstreams, with the support of an Account Director above you and executives below.

The job

Every role at Coolr plays a vital part in the work we do. Here are some of the key areas of responsibility for this role:

Client Services:

• Build strong day-to-day relationships with clients and act as a key point of contact across accounts.

• Lead client calls, status meetings and presentations with confidence and strong storytelling.

• Manage day-to-day campaign delivery, including timelines, budgets, priorities and internal resource.

• Support the Account Director with reporting, budget management and account planning.

Social, Creative & Production:

• Stay close to social and cultural trends, identifying relevant opportunities for clients.

• Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs and support teams through delivery.

• Contribute to creative and strategic brainstorms and provide client-focused feedback.

• Support production and content delivery from briefing through to final output.

Influencer:

• Work closely with the Influencer team on talent selection, approvals, briefs and campaign delivery.

• Review influencer content and activity against client objectives, brand fit and reputation.

Team & Operations:

• Keep internal teams aligned on priorities, timelines and deliverables.

• Support and mentor junior team members.

• Manage day-to-day account administration, including POs, invoicing and reporting.

What we are looking for

Whilst we appreciate, you’re not just your CV and skills are transferable, these are some of the skills and experiences we think would set you up for success in this role:

• Proven experience in an account management role within a social or creative agency

• Strong client-facing skills - confident presenting, leading calls and building relationships

• Excellent project management ability - detail-oriented, deadline-driven and able to juggle multiple accounts

• Comfortable managing budgets and tracking delivery against scope

• Deeply plugged into social culture, trends and platforms

• A natural collaborator who can brief, manage and support internal teams

• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members

A competitive, benchmarked salary ranging from $85,000 to $90,000 based on your experience and level.
