What You'll Do

As an Account Manager, you'll serve as a key point of contact for customers while helping grow our presence throughout the Williston Basin.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing customer relationships and supporting spare parts and service needs related to mud pumps.
  • Promoting Premium's full portfolio of products and services.
  • Developing business strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
  • Generating quotes and providing weekly KPI and forecast reporting.
  • Coordinating with sales, service, and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitoring inventory requirements and service standards.
  • Maintaining regular communication with customers to ensure exceptional support.
  • Supporting safety, quality, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Traveling throughout the region as needed to support customers and business growth.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of progressive experience in Sales, Aftermarket Sales, or Management
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel as needed
