**Key Responsibilities:**

- Process and manage the accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices from suppliers and vendors.
- Verify the accuracy of billing data and correct any discrepancies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any invoice-related issues or inquiries.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers, payments, and bank deposits.
- Organize and maintain a digital filing system for all financial documents and statements.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and efficiency within the finance department.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and the preparation of financial reports.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role, preferably within the automotive or autobody repair industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Quickbooks and Excel.  Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in processing financial information.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
