The Accountant/Payroll employee manages an organization's employee compensation process, ensuring accurate, timely paychecks and compliance with tax laws and regulations. They reconcile payroll accounts, update general ledgers, handle deductions and maintain tax compliance including payroll tax payments. This role requires strong proficiency in accounting software and Excel, along with analytical skills.
