Job Title: Account Processor / Outbound Account Management (Contract)
Location: Onsite, Atlanta, GA 30328
Duration: 5-Month W2 Contract
Pay Rate: $33.00 $39.00/hour (W2)

About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking customer-focused professionals to join its Outbound Account Management team. In this role, you'll work with existing business customers to help them upgrade their legacy credit card processing equipment to newer payment solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in customer service, outbound calling, account management, banking, financial services, merchant services, or inside sales.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls to existing business customers regarding upgrades to their payment processing devices.
  • Educate customers on why their current point-of-sale (POS) equipment is being replaced.
  • Understand each customer's business needs and recommend the most suitable payment processing solution.
  • Introduce additional payment processing products and value-added services when appropriate.
  • Partner with internal sales teams, account managers, and banking partners to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Respond to customer questions and provide timely, professional support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and account updates.
  • Assist the customer service team during high-volume periods as needed.

What We're Looking For
  • 2 4 years of experience in outbound sales, account management, customer service, telemarketing, merchant services, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and educating customers on products and services.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Proven ability to meet performance goals or KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer, keyboard, and data entry skills, including experience navigating multiple software applications.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply:
  • Banking or financial services

  • Customer support with sales responsibilities
