Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Helpdesk Contractor to join our dynamic team supporting U.S. Bank commercial credit card clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer service, technical troubleshooting, and helpdesk ticketing systems and a proven ability to diagnose issues, drive timely resolutions, and ensure client satisfaction across phone, email, and chat channels. This role supports a 24x7 support center and is designated as remote. It supports Federal Government accounts and requires passing a post-employment GSA screening, including criminal and background checks.
