Account Processor

Pay Range:  $23 - $24/hr. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities: 

• Processing income checks and packages for Assumptions and Subordinations.
• Mailing out packages for Assumptions and Subordinations.
• Assisting in a phone queue to help answer questions to customers associated with Assumptions and Subordinations.
• They will be expected to Complete checks same day, scan all packages same day and stay within SLA.
• Candidate will interact with Customers, internal/external clients, phone and email.
• Internal face-to-face with peers and on-site management.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; Loan or Mortgage
• Must have ability to be in office full time, ability to work 8-5 CST Attention to detail, fast paced environment.
• Required skills: Great customer service and communication skills, ability to work in a high-pressured environment, ability to multi-task, great teamwork.
• Ability to be in office full time, ability to work 8-5 CST MSP or DOCV/MIR would be great!
