Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Requirements:

• High school diploma required
• 3-5 years of bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration experience
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Functional knowledge of Global Shop and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of financial information
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively with vendors, customers, and internal departments

Job Duties:

• Process accounts payable transactions from material receipt through vendor payment
• Record invoices, credit memos, and accounting transactions accurately
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve invoice, shipment, and payment discrepancies
• Monitor accruals and obtain missing vendor invoices as needed
• Process invoices for non-material purchases
• Maintain and update vendor records and account information
• Process customer RMAs and coordinate product returns with the quality department
• Issue customer credit memos and maintain accurate AR records
• Support purchasing, customer service, and administrative functions as needed
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with other accounting duties as assigned

Job Duties:

Each day, you will keep financial files updated, input data into accounting systems, and catch any discrepancies that need attention. You will assist the team during busy cycles and help ensure deadlines are met.
