As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll be a key player supporting our customer service and financial operations. You'll work closely with the team to ensure accurate and timely billing, payments, and account updates. What You'll Do
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for:


• Entering credits by reviewing transactions, completing appropriate forms, and processing credits efficiently


• Uploading invoices into third-party portals and generating property tax invoices


• Handling customer inquiries, updating accounts, researching billing questions, and providing timely responses


• Depositing checks received from customers and printing/mailing invoices as needed


• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • 2+ years of accounting or business experience, or equivalent college coursework
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines with accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently
  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and customer interactions is a plus
  • Associate’s degree is preferred
