Job Title: Account Relationship Manager

In partnership with our client, we are seeking a driven and strategic Account Relationship Manager to generate new sales opportunities within the commercial interiors space. This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and initiating new business with end users and industry influencers, then transitioning accounts to the broader sales team for continued development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and network to uncover new business opportunities through industry groups, brokers, designers, and developers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers in real estate, A&D, and project management communities.
- Develop and execute a targeted marketing and lead generation strategy.
- Educate potential clients on a broad range of workspace services and capabilities.
- Qualify leads, conduct needs analyses, and initiate contact and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to transition accounts after initial development.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of sales experience
- Experience in commercial interiors, design, contract furniture, construction, flooring, or related field needed.
- Strong networking and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
