Bemana is searching for a Account Relationship Representative to join a leading industrial distribution company in the El Cajon, CA area.

The ARR will serve as the primary commercial contact for a key customer partnership in the San Diego area. This is more of a “farmer” role than a “hunter” — focused on building relationships, managing expectations, overseeing day-to-day account activity, and growing the existing partnership over time.

The ARR assists with both existing customer accounts and new business opportunities by providing hands-on support, problem-solving, and inventory program management. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. Candidates should be comfortable communicating directly with customers, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Position Offers:

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Support and grow an existing customer partnership in the San Diego market
  • Manage vendor-managed inventory (VMI) programs and inventory systems
  • Track inventory levels, product usage, organization, and replenishment needs
  • Process quotes and orders through ERP systems and internal teams
  • Coordinate with engineers and customers regarding tooling, product status, and issue resolution
  • Identify opportunities for additional business within existing accounts
  • Work closely with suppliers, outside sales, and internal support teams
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting using Excel and ERP systems
  • Follow all customer site safety requirements and training guidelines

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Comfortable handling quotes, order management, and customer communication
  • ERP system experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Experience in industrial distribution is helpful but not required
