Account Representative – Enterprise Output Management (EOM)
Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. (LRS) is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Account Representative in our Enterprise Output Management division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining existing customer contracts within our Enterprise Output Management (EOM) solutions portfolio. You will ensure accurate contract renewals, support pricing alignment, and serve as a key liaison across internal teams while maintaining strong customer relationships.
This position is 100% in office at our Springfield, IL location.
As an Account Representative, you will:
- Manage and renew 50–70 customer contracts annually
- Oversee contract renewals by developing a strong understanding of LRS product lines, contract progressions, and renewal procedures
- Cross-reference billing systems with internal management systems to ensure accurate renewal rates, pricing adjustments, and contract terms
- Negotiate contract renewals with a focus on consistency, accuracy, and mutually beneficial outcomes for both LRS and our customers
- Assists customers with requests for updates to their accounts-such as CPU changes-and provide any associated fees or paperwork
- Maintain consistent communication and coordination between the sales team, accounting, and legal departments to support contract accuracy and compliance
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients during the renewal process, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience
Candidate Requirements:
- 2 or more years’ experience in contract management, account management, or a related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret pricing structures, contracts, and system data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred

Organization Structure and Interfaces:
- The EOM Division at Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. comprises of more than 285 employees spread across LRS’ 23 offices worldwide. The EOM Division comprises of 5 primary groups: North American Sales, EMEA and Asia-Pacific Sales, Global Channel Sales, EOM Services, and Product Development/Support. Each group has a primary Vice President who oversees that group and each Vice President reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
The compensation range is $60k - $80k in the first year. This income range represents base salary and commissions.
