Job Title: Account Representative
Job Duration: 12+ months contract
Est. Pay Range: $25/hr. On w2
Work Type: Onsite, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
Overview/ Responsibilities:
Job Duties:
Perform duties related to overall customer service including support as related to sales team and order manager team.
Key responsibilities include running daily reports to support strategic account management, equipment ordering, other coordination to ensure smooth order lifecycle.
Prepare warranty registration and morning reports.
Qualification Requirements:
Familiarization with Salesforce is a plus
Knowledge of HVAC products or related industry is a plus
Education:
HS Diploma/GED
