Key Responsibilities
Client Management: Serving as the main point of contact, building long-lasting relationships, and addressing client needs.
Sales Growth: Prospecting for new leads, cold-calling, and up-selling/cross-selling to existing clients.
Administration: Handling billing, contracts, and updating CRM systems with client interactions.
Problem Resolution: Addressing complaints and troubleshooting issues to maintain client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
