As a
Multiline Representative, you’ll blend strong customer service with proactive, needs-based sales. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, identifying coverage gaps, recommending solutions, and strengthening relationships that lead to long-term retention and revenue growth.

What This Role Looks LikeYou will:
- Proactively recommend auto, home, renters, life, and health products based on customer needs
- Follow up on quotes, cross-sell opportunities, and inbound leads
- Assist with policy applications, renewals, and coverage adjustments
- Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and urgency
- Maintain detailed records and documentation
- Support retention efforts by conducting policy reviews and protection conversations
- Contribute to office production goals and team performance metrics
This is a relationship-based sales role — service opens the door, but growth comes from confident conversations.
Licensing Requirements- Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required
- Life & Health license preferred
- Candidates must be willing to obtain required licenses if not currently held

What We’re Looking For- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable discussing coverage, handling objections, and closing sales
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
- Insurance experience is a plus
