I’ve been a State Farm agent since 2012 and am proud to serve the community I grew up in here in Northeast Wisconsin. I’m a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire with a B.S., and a proud dad to a five year old daughter.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Andy Wescott - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
