ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Stephanie Jameson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a great fit! You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• People-oriented.
• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to learn computer functions
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Licensing required upon hiring.
