Answer incoming phone calls for the office.
Investment & Operational Support
Assist with IPS documentation, onboarding, and account setup.
Support investment implementation and follow through.
Coordinate data gathering, paperwork, and client requests.
Ensure professional and compliance-aligned communication.
Client Experience
Act as a polished first point of contact for investment prospects.
Reinforce planning value, next steps, and expectations.
Ensure smooth handoffs from prospect to advisor to implementation.

Base salary between $35,000 and $55,000 (based on experience).
Commission and incentives tied to qualified appointments, asset flow, and execution quality.
