I’ve had the honor of serving my community for the past 14 years, and being a State Farm agent has truly changed my life both personally and professionally. I was born in Mexico City and moved to Omaha in the mid-90s. Most of my family is still in Mexico, and I visit as often as I can.

I never imagined I would become an insurance agent, but this career has become one of the most rewarding paths I could have taken. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
