The Huss Agency is hiring an Account Representative to provide insurance knowledge and use sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of insurance and its value while cultivating long-term relationships with trusted advice.

Requirements:

• Current Property&Casualty or Life&Health license preferred
• Experience in sales (retail, outside/inside sales or telemarketing) 
• Experience managing client relationships 
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• Dedicated to customer service

Responsibilities:

• Present and explain insurance policy options based on prospective client needs
• Generate insurance quotes
• Meet new business production goals set by the Agency Owner
• Establish client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
