ROLE DESCRIPTION:As Account Representative- State Farm Agent Team Member for Shawn Dunn- State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • New Customer Acquisition- Insurance Sales
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with quoting Property & Casualty and Life & Health products
  • Submit policy applications and onboard customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in sales preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
