ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2010 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I spent five years as a team member, which gave me valuable experience and helped shape the supportive, customer-focused culture we have today.
I attended Florida A&M University and am incredibly proud of my family. My son has served in the military, and my daughter is a cheerleader at University of Georgia. Family, community, and helping others are values that guide both my personal life and my agency.
Giving back is a big part of who we are. We sponsor local high school sports and activities, support Building Strong Futures, and are proud supporters of the Washington Community Center and its fundraising efforts. ROLE DESCRIPTION:As an
Account Representative for Shametria Dixon - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Able to anticipate customer needs.
- Able to effectively relate to customers.
