Position Overview

I am looking to continue growing my Sales Team and add another Account Representative to generate new business in my Agency. We look for people who are optimistic, have integrity, are detail oriented, a problem solver, and can work in a fast pace/high activity environment. Responsibilities:

• Work internet leads (purchased by the agency), handle call ins, work agency referrals
• Quote business accurately and quickly & present and close sales 
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support to current customers
• Find new opportunities to help both existing and new clients with Life Insurance needs

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

• Salary plus commission/bonus - unlimited earning potential with Base Pay & Commission combined: 
  • $45,000 if you are average
  • $60,000+ if you are good
  • $80,000+ if you are great & our next superstar

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, integrity, strive to be better, professional, positive attitude, dependable  
• Able to obtain: Property and Casualty license + Life and Health license
