• Build and maintain customer relationships, following up as necessary.
• Conduct customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate clients on insurance options.
• Generate leads, arrange appointments, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic with unwavering dedication to success every day.

Requirements

• Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing)
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication abilities
• Self-driven and motivated
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license
• Ability to obtain Life and Health license
