You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as an advisor for the needs of our potential and existing customers. • Responsibilities
  • Contact prospective customers and respond promptly to new leads.
  • Quote and present Auto, Life, Home, Renters and other insurance products based on customer needs.
  • Consistently follow up with prospects and move opportunities toward a decision.
  • Accurately document every customer interaction, follow-up, and lead status in the agency system.
  • Follow the agency’s established sales process.
  • Work as a team—support shared opportunities, assist teammates when needed, and help the office reach its overall goals.
  • Participate in team training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Requirements
  • Personal Lines and Life insurance licenses in New Jersey: The agency will cover the cost of the licensing coursework; however, candidates must be fully licensed prior to starting the position.
  • Confident, professional communicator who is comfortable making outbound calls and presenting insurance solutions.
  • Team-oriented, coachable, and willing to follow established agency systems.
  • Dependable, organized, and consistent with follow-up and documentation.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
