ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Craig Vickers - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services through in-depth discovery conversations and uncovering customer needs.

The right application must be licensed in property & casualty, and life & health, with advancement opportunities with investment planning services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Execute onboarding process for new customers
  • Engage in discovery conversations with customers for all interactions
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Licensed in P&C, L&H
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
