As Account Representative for Jean Works Insurance & Financial Services, Inc, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and the company. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services including auto insurance, homeowner/renters insurance, life insurance and certain health insurance options such as disability insurance. We are a fun office and want to add to our team a go-getter who loves working with people, is confident on a computer, and wants to be part of a team that aims high.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services (here is where your appreciation for details and your people skills is important)
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. (here is where your computer skills are important)
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses (here is where your multitasking and prioritizing skills are important)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Insurance License in Arizona for Property & Casualty and Life & Health is required.
• Great Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask, critical thinker who can prioritize what is important.
• Experience in customer sales required.
• Be a self-starter, willing to seek continuous improvement and learn new things.
